The Road TO Recovery
Part 1: The History, The Heartbreak, and The Team

"He Saved My Life"
The bond between a human and a dog is often described as companionship, but for this specific Olde English Bulldog and his owner, the definition is profound. When a dog who has given so much faces a medical crisis, finding a solution becomes a non-negotiable mission.
Today marks the beginning of a documented journey—a case study in perseverance, veterinary science, and the refusal to accept "impossible" as a diagnosis.

The Medical History: When Surgery Fails
To understand the significance of the upcoming treatment, we must look at the complex path that brought us here.
1. The Procedure
Initial TPLO Surgery: Years ago, After 1 Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy (TPLO) to stabilize the stifle joint after a ligament rupture on his left leg. His CCL ruptured on his right leg. While common and often successful, the procedure carries risks.
2. The Complication
Rejection & Explant: Following surgery, Kimbo suffered recurring, aggressive infections. The TPLO hardware was identified as the source and is waiting to be surgically removed to resolve the biological rejection.
3. The Aftermath
Lameness & Atrophy: While the infection cleared, the leg was left without stability. Years of disuse led to significant muscle atrophy and a loss of confidence.
"I tried the 'One-Size-Fits-All' internet braces. They offered money-back guarantees with clauses, but they didn't offer results. I felt hopeless."
